
Andrew Damico is the President and CEO of IntraLinks, a leading global provider of Software-as-a-Service (‘‘SaaS’’) solutions for securely managing content, exchanging critical business information and collaborating within and among organizations. IntraLinks’ solutions enable organizations to control, track, search and exchange time-sensitive information inside and outside the firewall.
Andrew was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Director in February 2008 after serving as acting President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2007. He has been with IntraLinks since February 2001, holding various roles including Chief Operating Officer from December 2006 to August 2007 and, prior to that, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining IntraLinks, he served as Senior Vice President at Radnet, Inc., a provider of shared workspaces to financial services companies, from December 1997 to January 2001.
From December 1989 to December 1997, Andrew served in a variety of positions at Lotus Development Corporation, a software company now a division of IBM. Prior to joining Lotus, he served in a variety of positions at JP Morgan, a global financial firm.
Andrew received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
