Meet Clark Yarbrough

Clark joined Volition in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing and providing due diligence on new investment opportunities within software and tech-enabled service businesses. 

prior experience & education
  • Clark graduated from Stanford with a B.A. in International Relations and a Minor in English Literature
  • At Stanford, Dr. Condoleezza Rice served as Clark’s major advisor. His first internship was on her research team at the Hoover Institution
  • Previously, Clark interned with the deal teams at Teamworthy Ventures and Metaprop Ventures. He also worked in business development at Spring Health
  • An active practitioner of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Clark claims it is the ultimate form of meditation
  • Clark was invited to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and earned a football scholarship to Stanford before having his career derailed by concussions. This launched his interest in mindfulness and behavioral health
  • Clark can be found roaming the streets of Boston with his pit-mix, Cash
