Cassidy Piersiak

Cassidy Piersiak  joined Volition Capital in 2024 as an Analyst.

Prior Experience & Education

• Cassidy received her B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.
• At Brown, she played on the Women’s Ice Hockey team, where she was an ACHA Scholar All-American and was placed on the ECAC All-Academic team all four years. Outside of sports, Cassidy was a student tutor in Calculus and Macroeconomics.
• Before joining full-time, Cassidy was a summer intern at Volition.

Fun Facts About Cassidy Piersiak

• Cassidy grew up outside of Boston. She often goes for hikes with her mom and dog, Sunny, all over the greater Boston area.
• In the summer months, she loves to be by the ocean, either fishing with her brothers or reading on the beach. In the winter, she likes to snowshoe and ski.
• She was named after the Grateful Dead song “Cassidy”.
• In third grade, she was persistent about doing the school-wide talent show as a solo act, where she danced to the song “Walking on Sunshine.”
• She is an avid runner and hopes to run the Boston Marathon one day!
