Leads360 Recognized as #2 Best Place to Work by Los Angeles Business Journal

Employee satisfaction drives highest ranking in three years

Los Angeles, August 20, 2012 – Leads360, a market-leader in cloud-based lead management and sales automation solutions, today announced that it has been named one of the 2012 “Best Places to Work” in Southern California by the Los Angeles Business Journal and the Best Companies Group. Leads360 ranked second among all medium-sized companies evaluated, and this is the third consecutive year Leads360 has made the list. This latest accolade illustrates the company’s ongoing commitment to employee success and development, a commitment underlying the company’s rapid growth, innovation culture and industry leadership.

“We are honored, once again, to be named one of the best places to work in Southern California,” said Nick Hedges, CEO and president of Leads360. “We believe our strong company culture is our single most important differentiator, so this award is one that we are exceptionally gratified to receive.”

The annual list honors small-to-large-sized companies that not only make a positive impact in the local business community, but also provide their employees with an exemplary work environment and culture.

Leads360 employees cite a highly engaged, talented and friendly team, a vibrant company-sponsored social calendar and a fully stocked kitchen as reasons they find Leads360 a rewarding place to work. Leads360 also received high marks for employee benefits and a generous reward structure.

“We see team member engagement and happiness as a necessity not a luxury,” said Hedges. “In today’s highly competitive Internet technology recruiting market, it is important that we stand out from others as an exceptional place for people to make their careers. Not to mention that engaged and content team members tend to create the same attitude in our clients which is one of the reasons that we have been able to grow at such a rapid pace over the past few years.”

The Los Angeles Business Journal’s annual “Best Places to Work” list attracts entries from companies in nearly every industry and of all sizes. Winners are selected through a two-part evaluation process conducted by Best Companies Group. Best Companies Group surveys each employer regarding their workplace policies, practices and demographics. Then, they survey employees on eight core areas: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall engagement. The employee feedback report is provided to the companies so they can use the input to improve workplace practices.
