Messagepoint Recognized As One Of Canada’s Best Smbs For Third Consecutive Year

Read Article

Toronto-based Messagepoint, a leader in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) software market, has been selected as one of Canada’s top small and medium-sized employers for 2019. It’s the third consecutive year that Messagepoint has been recognized by the program, run by Mediacorp Canada to honour Canadian workplaces with dynamic and innovative cultures. “The SME competition is very much the laboratory of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project,” said Anthony Meehan, Publisher. “It’s the place where we often see new kinds of HR initiatives and workplace policies being tested – before they’re adopted by larger employers. Many of this year’s winners offer the kind of benefits once found only at big companies – but they have the flexibility to go beyond these and offer unique HR initiatives for their employees.”

Published annually since 2000, Canada’s Top 100 Employers project is a national competition that recognizes employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces and progressive human-resource policies. Each year, Mediacorp editors speak with thousands of employers across Canada to determine which organizations offer the most forward-thinking HR initiatives. The winners are announced each November in a special magazine published in The Globe and Mail and online at Eluta.ca. The competition is unique in that editors publish detailed reasons for their selections, explaining why each winner was chosen. “Making these reasons public ensures transparency in the selection of winners and raises the bar for other employers interested in improving their workplace policies,” it added.

Steve Biancaniello.

“To be chosen as one of Canada’s top employers for three years running is an honour and a testament to our innovative workplace culture and employees’ commitment to exceptional customer care,” said Steve Biancaniello, CEO of Messagepoint. “We strongly believe that fostering workplace collaboration and employee growth drives the successes we’ve had meeting the business goals of our customers.” Messagepoint’s award-winning SaaS  (Software as a Service) solution enables customers and print service providers in financial services, insurance, healthcare and other industries to optimize customer communications with intelligent content management. Its software uniquely gives non-technical marketing and customer service teams the control they need to deliver highly personalized, relevant and compliant omni-channel customer communications. Headquartered in the historic Queen’s Quay Terminal building in Toronto, Messagepoint has a dedicated team of more than 100 employees.
