Velocify CEO Secures Top Placement on Prestigious Industry List for Fourth Consecutive Year

LOS ANGELES – January 6, 2015 – Velocify, the market leader in cloud-based intelligent sales automation software, today announced that Nick Hedges has been recognized as one of the “50 Most Influential People in Sales Lead Management” by the Sales Lead Management Association (SLMA), placing fourth overall. Members voted for up to three people from the list of nominees. The nominees came from many areas including CRM and marketing automation software, database management, telemarketing, consulting, fulfillment, higher education and publishing companies.

The award caps off a year of impressive growth for the company under Hedges’ leadership, including Velocify being recognized as one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies on Inc. Magazine’s distinguished “Inc. 5000” list, as well as one of Glassdoor’s 50 Best Places to Work in the small and medium business (SMB) category.

â€śIt’s a great honor to be recognized amongst some of the most influential leaders in the sales lead management industry,” said Nick Hedges, president and CEO at Velocify. “This award validates our ongoing effort in partnership with associations like SLMA, to help revolutionize the results achieved by sales teams through technology.”

Velocify enables sales organizations to effectively manage sales opportunities and increase revenue through intelligent features such as real-time activity prioritization and guided selling that optimizes the selling process. The company is primed for future growth as many industries continue to shift from traditional field sales to inside sales teams to drive revenue and meet quota.
