Chad Kemmerer  joined Volition Capital in 2025 as an Analyst.

Prior Experience & Education

• Chad graduated from Swarthmore College with a BA in Economics, where he also competed on the varsity golf team and spent a semester studying abroad in Madrid.
• During his time at Swarthmore, Chad served as president of Clarus Capital, the student-run investment group, and interned at Volition Capital in the summer of 2024.
• As a freshman, Chad co-founded Spotlyte — a college-focused social events app that helped students discover events on campus based on their interests.

• Outside of work, he is an avid poker player — drawn to the game’s mix of psychology, math, and high-pressure decisions, which mirrors the skills he brings to investing.
• Chad also traveled to 29 countries across 5 continents.
• Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through tennis, golf, soccer, pickleball, and snowboarding.
