Justin Chung joined Volition Capital in 2024 as an Analyst.

Prior Experience & Education

  • Justin graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Business.
  • Before joining Volition, Justin took on various roles across investing and tech, including internships at Summit Partners, Atoms VC, Coinflip (crypto startup), and an externship at Battery Ventures.
  • He was involved in various organizations such as the NU Investment Banking Club, NU Blockchain Club, and played intramural basketball.

  • Justin grew up in Seoul, South Korea where he attended Seoul Foreign School.
  • Growing up in Korea, Justin used to speak English with a slight Korean accent, but after attending University in the US, he now speaks Korean with a slight American accent.
  • He loves staying active, whether it’s playing basketball or lifting weights.
  • He is a diehard LeBron James fan and hold an unwavering belief that he is the greatest basketball player of all time.
