PLEASANTON, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ellie Mae® (NYSE:ELLI), the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Velocify®, the leading sales acceleration platform.
