New Investment Team Members

Hannah Ditmars, Analyst
Before joining Volition, Hannah worked at Citi as an Infrastructure Investment Banker in New York City.
Hannah graduated from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management, where she majored in Finance, minored in Sociology, and received a certificate in Business Analytics.
In college, Hannah was a competitive debater, participating in American Parliamentary Debate and British Parliamentary debate tournaments throughout the Northeast.

Juliet Fitzgerald, Analyst
Before joining Volition, Juliet received her B.A. in Economics from Harvard College.
While at Harvard, Juliet was the President of Harvard Student Agencies (HSA). HSA is the largest student run company in the world, employing 900 undergraduates and earning over $13M in yearly revenue.
During her senior year of college, Juliet learned American Sign Language. She even has a sign name (the letter J drawn over your heart).

Chad Kemmerer, Analyst
Chad graduated from Swarthmore College with a BA in Economics, where he also competed on the varsity golf team and spent a semester studying abroad in Madrid.
During his time at Swarthmore, Chad served as president of Clarus Capital, the student-run investment group, and interned at Volition Capital in the summer of 2024.
As a freshman, Chad co-founded Spotlyte — a college-focused social events app that helped students discover events on campus based on their interests.
