- Before Volition, Caitlin worked in public relations as a Senior Communications Specialist at Kempner Communications.
- Prior to working in the PR space, Caitlin was a local TV news producer at stations including WBOC (Salisbury, MD), and WTNH (New Haven, CT).
- Caitlin studied communications and multimedia journalism at Salisbury University in Maryland. Go Seagulls!

- Caitlin has a passion for travel and had the opportunity to study abroad in London, England while in college. She got to explore amazing European countries including Italy, Ireland, and Spain.
- She loves to sing and grew up participating in musical theatre in high school and college.
